- Salary: $40-50/hr
- Administer IV therapies in home settings, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Perform continuous patient assessments, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation in EMR, complying with healthcare standards.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to deliver integrated patient care.
- Manage and maintain infusion equipment with utmost care and precision.
- Educate and support patients and families on infusion treatments and health management.
- Active CT nursing license and proven infusion experience.
- Expertise in IV therapy and patient care.
- Current CPR/BLS certification is a must.
- Ability to travel locally in Torrington for patient visits.
- Proficiency in EMR and healthcare software tools.
