    We are hiring a courteous and efficient veterinary office manager to coordinate and mange all office administration procedures. The veterinary office managers' responsibility is to have oversight of office activity on a day-to-day basis.


    This will include:

    staff scheduling and reviews, staff conflicts, equipment maintenance and repair, office supply inventory, office policy and employee manual implementation.

    In addition some client interaction will be necessary such as addressing client concerns, client telephone calls, and the safety of clients as well as employees.

    You should also be able to answer pet owners' questions regarding clinic policies, appointment availabilities, treatment costs, and accounts receivable.

    To be successful as a veterinary office manager, you should be patient, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.

    ultimately, an outstanding veterinary office manger should be able to communicate effectively with pet owners and veterinary staff members as well as demonstrate exceptional management, organizational, and customer service skills.


    Other Specific Manager Responsibilities:
    Preparing invoices and obtaining payments from pet owners.
    Explaining secondary financing programs to clients.
    Understand the use of management software system and organize on-going training for all staff.
    Handle end of day invoicing reports and cash balancing.
    Updating medical records as well as pet owners' contact and billing details.
    Ensuring that pet owners' complaints are addressed and resolved promptly.
    Lead bi-monthly staff meeting.

    Veterinary Office Manager Requirements:
    High school diploma of GED
    Bachelor's of associate's degree in business administration or related field is advantageous.
    Previous private veterinary practice employment is suggested.
    Proven office experience
    Proficient in all Microsoft office applications
    Excellent management, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
    Strong problem-solving, administrative, and organizational skills.
