They are looking to add a Fund Operations Senior with a strong investment/PE background who is excited about being a part of a high-performing team.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Work with fund accounting leadership, brokers, and financial partners to prepare, enter, communicate, allocate, and approve trades
• Set up new investment entities, including supporting required due diligence and research
• Coordinate wire transfers and work closely with banking partners to facilitate movement of assets within funds
• Work closely with the valuations team to communicate and validate pricing of investments, including coordination of 3rd party valuation work
• Complete ad-hoc and routine reporting on M&A activity and other market activity affecting fund and investment operations

Needs for the role:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in fund & investment management for a similarly sized firm
• High sense of ownership and extreme attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a highly visible, deadline-focused environment
