    A rapidly expanding storage solutions company is looking for a Branch Manager to oversee its operations in the greater Dallas area. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in service or retail management. Working cross-functionally, the new leader will achieve business objectives by boosting sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer service while upholding the company's mission and core business principles.

    • Salary + Additional Benefits: $75,000-$90,000 + Lucrative Profit Sharing Bonus

    Location: Dallas, TX

    Type of Position: Direct Hire

    Responsibilities:

    Sales:

    • Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
    • Advise: Counsel customers through their purchase decision, offering expert advice, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that best fit their needs.
    • Market Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for market development, including potential expansion into new customer segments.

    Operations:

    • Staff Management: Hire, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Field Service: Implement and manage field service management processes to ensure efficient delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
    • Quotations: Provide accurate and timely estimates to clients, considering factors such as labor, materials, and potential additional costs.
    • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.
    • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.

    Customer Experience:

    • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues.
    • Visual Merchandising: Oversee store layout, displays, and product placement.

    Financial Management:

    • Budgeting: Create and manage budgets for the store.
    • Profitability: Analyze financial data to enhance profitability.

    Requirements:

    • A solid background in service or retail management
    • Must have 5+ years of experience within Construction sales (Windows, doors, garage doors, renovations, etc.)
    • A proven track record of driving sales, maintaining operational efficiency, and providing excellent customer service
