    About the Role:
    Vice President of Global Data ManagementSummary:


    As the leader of our Global Data Management team, you'll steer strategic and operational direction, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality, and reliable clinical trial data.

    This critical role supports internal decision-making, regulatory approval, and market acceptance, playing a pivotal part in our Global Development Operations.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Craft and execute clinical data strategies that ensure the timely, high-quality acquisition and validation of clinical trial data, supporting regulatory filings, publications, and other significant business endeavors across all clinical trials (Phase 1-4).Lead and develop a multinational team of data management professionals, including strategic expansion in key locations.

    Forge strong partnerships across other key functions, ensuring comprehensive visibility and oversight of all clinical data sources.

    Innovate our data strategy and execution plan, aiming for industry-leading capabilities in clinical data, including digital transformation in data capture and acquisition.

    Spearhead organizational transformation through automation, enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining data management processes.
    Optimize external support models to enhance performance and efficiency.


    Qualifications & Experience:
    Advanced degree preferred, with over 15 years of relevant industry experience.
    Extensive experience in data management, with a keen understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
    Proven track record in leveraging technology within the clinical trial domain, balancing business and technical needs effectively.

    Broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally across multiple therapeutic areas, with a deep understanding of the external data ecosystem.

    Demonstrated success in navigating complex, global organizational structures.
