- Check-in and greet all members & guests with a smile and friendly service
- Facilitate guided tours and present amenity offerings to prospective members
- Execute membership sales to meet established sales goals and commission percentages
- Promote products, services, and special events on a consistent basis
- Operate Point-of-Sale system and be proficient in onsite technology
- Know club facility, services, and schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and fitness floor
- Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional disposition at all times
