    Regionally, we are accountable for our customer deliveries in the Americas which include development, delivery and operation of the complete customer and platform offering for both one-time and run-time. Organizationally, there is in very close cooperation with our Delivery & Product Management function, essentially our factory.

    As we are growing, we are looking for a seasoned veteran of the connected vehicle space as a Customer Program Manager within the Region Americas. This role will be critical in the expansion of WirelessCar in the Americas and the staffing to deliver to commitments.

    **Role mission & context**

    The Program Manager is responsible and accountable for the complete delivery and quality of the full life cycle for a specific multi-million-dollar customer program, aligning the program objectives with WirelessCar's objectives, vision and mission. You will head the respective program Core Team and ensure that the program works according to our Spirit and following our SAFe-based Way of Working. The Program Manager role relates to and in SAFe.

    The Program Manager will be part of the Americas Regional team and report to the Director of WirelessCar, Americas, as well as a member of the global Delivery Management Team and heading the respective Program Core team.

    **Key responsibilities**

    Fulfilment of committed deliveries and agreed SLA

    Overall quality and performance of the solution and deliveries

    Develop and communicate program visions and roadmaps

    Is Information Owner/Processing Manager and required to clarify the purpose of processing any personal data in a GDPR/CCPA or other regulatory perspective

    Be the sponsor for all program epics within assigned customer program

    Responsible for defining scope of deliveries together with the customer

    Responsible for new development, roll-out and enhancement projects

    Establish and maintain strong relationship with customer stakeholders

    Develop and lead the customer program core team

    Accountable for the total cost in dialogue with the account manager

    Onboarding of resources to support the above

    Jointly responsible for actively developing the customer business in close cooperation with the Key Account Manager

    Act as final "normal" escalation point for operational issues for the customer

    Accountable for Run-time and one-time cost for the program

    **Wanted profile**

    The Program Manager needs to have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions. As a person you are innovative with a strong delivery focus and a business oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork, contribute with team spirit and you like taking responsibility. You also have a strong interest in developing your personnel and building effective teams.

    **Required competencies**

    10+ years experience in the connected vehicle space

    A university degree in engineering or computer science or similar knowledge obtained in other ways

    Documented leadership competence

    Experience from software engineering and agile development

    Experience from service operation and process development

    A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus

    Ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams

    Have capacity to execute against set targets and a can do attitude

    Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external partners

    Customer business knowledge - build, develop, and grow any business relationships

    Good planning skills

    Fluent in English - both written and spoken

    Experience from the automotive industry and especially from automotive connectivity will be regarded as very positive.
