Monument Health is seeking a full-time physician who is BE/BC in urology to join our experienced, well-established group in Rapid City.
Monument Health Rapid City Hospital is a Level II trauma center with a strong critical care nursing staff, a rapid response team and a comprehensive 24/7 Hospitalist service, and our outpatient clinic is conveniently located in a modern, multi-specialty facility near the hospital.
This position offers highly competitive compensation, an excellent benefits package, and quarterly production bonus incentives.Other benefits include a 10% starting bonus, a generous multi-year retention bonus, paid relocation, moving stipend, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice, and much more.

Status:
Full-Time
~182 shifts per year.
~ Schedule is flexible. Need to work 2 weeks per month. Could be 7 on/7 off, or 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.
~ This is a 24-hour call position.
~ Daily rounds are required. However, there is no set number of hours required to be on site.
~ There is no clinic required. However, if it is found after time that this position may have the capacity for clinic hours, that could be added into this position.
