    About MITRE:

    The All-Domain Integration Department at MITRE supports the development of mission capabilities for seamless Command and Control across US and Coalition forces. By developing operational concepts, realizable architectures, and transitioning capabilities to the warfighter, the department plays a vital role in modernizing capabilities and shaping future warfighter operations.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Manage MITRE Systems Integration Lab (SIL) capability and accreditation
    • Develop and execute test strategies for internal and sponsor projects
    • Collaborate with sponsor teams on government test requirements and strategies
    • Support test and experimentation programs for MITRE and sponsors
    • Identify and pursue partnerships to enhance lab capabilities

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Minimum 8 years of experience with BS in relevant field or equivalent education/experience
    • Background in Electrical or Systems Engineering, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
    • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and prototyping technologies
    • Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
    • Position requires minimum 50% hybrid on-site

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Advanced degree in technical field
    • Experience with SAP programs and possess SAP access
