JOB SUMMARY

Provide high-quality meal service, supervise dining services employees, and maintain a sanitary environment.

This role involves carrying out duties in compliance with regulations and company policies.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Supervise food service and assist as needed
Be present during meal service
Coordinate special functions and corporate meetings
Ensure high sanitation standards
Oversee bistro areas for food presentation and cleanliness
Order necessary supplies for dining rooms
Manage labor costs
Schedule dining service employees
Assist in gathering residents' food preferences
Maintain records and staffing patterns
Ensure staff are informed of daily specials
Supervise cleaning procedures
Collaborate with other departments
Participate in safety and infection control meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

License/Certification in relevant areas
Minimum high school diploma
Previous dietary experience preferred
Good knowledge of food service operations
Understanding of regulations and standards
Minimum three years' experience in senior living
