    The Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Florida, Jacksonville is seeking an applicant to fill the position as a Medical Director of Pain Management.

    Academic rank will be Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor, depending on applicants' experience.


    This is a unique opportunity to experience the finest aspects of both the academic and private sectors The anesthesiology department at UF College of Medicine-Jacksonville is a medium-sized academic practice.

    We are currently looking anesthesiologists who are board-certified in pain management. Our clinical sites are a level 1 trauma center and a fast-paced community hospital nearby.

    This position is for those interested in resident education, scholarly activity, clinical research, and the intellectually stimulating aspects of academia.

    The main campus is a primary training site with a higher level of acuity, and a full range of service lines.

    Our physicians, CRNAs, CAAs, and residents comprise a collegial, tight-knit group who enjoy working together and appreciate a proper work/life balance.

    Expected Salary:
    Negotiable base on experience and academic appointment.

    Minimum Requirements:
    Applicants must possess MD/DO degree and possess or be eligible for a Florida Medical License


    Preferred Qualifications:
    BE/BC in Pain Management Anesthesiologists
