- Serves as primary point of contact from project initiation to completion
- Develops concept and detailed plans for alteration projects
- Develops cost estimates for project budgets
- Works with project team members, clients and vendors to coordinate activities, provisioning, environment setup, installation, and equipment testing
- Works under the general supervision and guidance of the Director of CA/EX/GSD to provide solutions to work space requirements, challenges or changes
- Supports CA/EX/GSD Support Specialist on technical matters related to facilities
- Allocates required resources to program and/or project tasks as needed
- Follows-up on customer issues to make sure they are completed to the customer's satisfaction
- Attends and chairs regularly scheduled project meetings as required
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplined team of professionals i
- Demonstrated ability to develop and organize space requirements
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated skills for project schedules, project responsibilities, and progress reports
- Demonstrated coordination skills with which to develop cordial relationships with project stakeholders and meeting project completion milestones
