- Design and management of all aspects of abandoned mine reclamation and/or acid mine drainage treatment projects.
- Interfacing with state and federal regulatory agencies.
- Report writing and review.
- Civil or Environmental Engineering or similar degree.
- 5 -15 years of professional experience with abandoned mine land reclamation design and permitting.
- Professional Engineer licensure or ability to obtain licensure in PA and WV required.
- Understanding of Pennsylvania and West Virginia regulations is a plus.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD is preferred.
- Ability to occasionally travel to local and out of town project sites
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
