    Description
    This position will perform necessary operations from resistance through finish
    pack processes to manufacture Thermistors to designed specifications.

    Regular attendance
    Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position, with or
    without accommodations
    Efficiently/safely set up/operate equipment
    Read/understand/follow appropriate procedures/process sheets to complete
    assigned tasks
    Manufacture quality product through effective use of process/product
    measuring equipment and interpret results
    Record/maintain applicable product/process information
    Provide active input for continuous process improvement
    Effectively communicate information to co-workers/management
    Work effectively with other functional areas to guarantee quality product
    Provide assistance in writing new/revising old procedure/process sheets
    Notify supervisor whenever procedures/process sheets cannot be followed as
    written
    Perform adjustments and preventative maintenance on equipment/tools in a
    timely manner and accurately maintain records of maintenance to maintain control
    conditions.
    Assist with preventative maintenance.
    Notify maintenance for repairs when necessary
    Able to perform Tableworker tasks
    Notify supervisor when additional training is necessary if operators fail to
    follow instructions/procedures
    Understand/apply SPC fundamentals
