    Job DescriptionJob Title: Kinaxis Solution ArchitectJob Location: Miami, FL (Remote)Job Duration: Long-Term ContractJob Type: Remote (You must be in any USA city/location)The Challenge:We're seeking individuals in the USA with an intensity for crafting intricate technological solutions tailored to the unique requirements of clients or organizations.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Ensure that business processes derived from business/data requirement documentation adhere to industry standards and align with client objectives and business models.
    • Oversee the collection and analysis of essential data from diverse sources.
    • Assist engagement partners and managers in defining project scope, and timelines, and securing customer signoffs through capability listings and effort estimates.
    • Conduct thorough discovery sessions with business users to grasp and document RapidResponse configuration requirements, encompassing supply chain networks, operating models, system landscapes, planning processes, and objectives for Kinaxis implementation.
    • Translate business needs into Kinaxis RapidResponse software specifications, keeping abreast of supply chain industry trends and best practices.
    • Identify standard functionalities in RapidResponse, devise data model alterations, configure solutions, and develop customizations.
    • Spearheaded solution blueprinting and detailed design initiatives.
    • Allocate configuration tasks to project members according to their proficiencies, review deliverables, and monitor progress.
    • Apply advanced mathematical models to address customer demands.
    • Stay updated on supply chain industry trends and compare customer performance against benchmarks.
    • Aid in data management and integration efforts, encompassing data transformation from source systems, loading into RapidResponse, data cleanup, and validation.
    • Support sales opportunities by collaborating with Account Executives and Client Partners.
    • Assist customers and project teams in adhering to Quality Control/Quality Assurance practices for the configured solution, including executing unit test scripts and supporting end-to-end and user acceptance tests.
    • Provide troubleshooting and resolution support for solution issues.
    • Evaluate project performance and document lessons learned to enhance institutional knowledge, ensuring adherence to Kinaxis methodologies and quality standards within the solutions team.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a focus on operations or analytics.
    • Minimum of 7 years experience implementing supply chain Advanced Planning Solutions such as o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, OMP, E2Open, etc.
    • Certification as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or completion of all requirements for Kinaxis Solution Architect certification.
    • Hands-on experience leading teams through at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of a supply chain planning solution, covering business requirement gathering, solution design & development, testing, go-live/cutover, hyper care, and value realization.
    • Proficiency in Agile methodology for delivering large-scale enterprise solutions. Ability to travel up to 50%, contingent upon project requirements and client base.
    Preferred Qualifications / Experience:
    • Advanced Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a focus on operations or analytics.
    • Thorough understanding of supply chain planning concepts, processes (demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, S&OP, etc.), KPIs, and best practices.
    • Experience presenting complex topics clearly and effectively.
    • Strong analytical skills, familiarity with data mining, and proficiency in handling large volumes of data.
    • Ability to discern key insights and exercise critical thinking to prioritize high-value opportunities or mitigate significant risks.
    • Capability to communicate mathematical, technical, or software usage concepts to audiences with limited background knowledge.
    • Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones, and spanning multiple hierarchy levels.
    • Experience leading a project team in a client environment.
