    Description


    As a Store Manager you will have total responsibility for all aspects of the store and its operations including interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching a team of world-class associates while driving store sales through promotional activities, merchandising techniques and local marketing.

    To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment Job Duties:

    • The ability to identify and solve complex problems.
    • Strong math and reading skills.
    • Be able to lift at least 20 pounds (may exceed), as needed, to occasionally help unload delivery trucks.
    • Ensure the safety of our guests and employees through practicing and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines.
    • Drive sales growth, control cost management, and maintain profit growth.
    • Maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and facility management, and teach and maintain those standards with staff
    • Manage all functions and oversee daily operations of foodservice and sales
    • Maintain vendor relations and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely and efficient ordering of all supplies
    • Daily reconciliation of all cash, deposits and change, and shift notes entries
    • Assist with catering and other events, as needed
    • Promote a clean and inviting environment by overseeing store cleaning responsibilities and thoroughly checking for any repair or maintenance concerns
    • Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members, on areas including, but not limited to front counter service, cash handling, and cleaning We're looking for:
    • Relevant years of restaurant/retail experience in a full service or fast casual environment
    • Ability to multitask, excellent communication and problem-solving skills and of course, personal skills.
    • Ability to step into any position at any moment

    • Excellent organizational skills and enjoys clean and tidy environment
    • Service management experience preferred.
    • Ability to train and coach employees.
