    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in application support or a related technical role, preferably in manufacturing, petrochemical, refinery, chemical/industrial, or pharmaceutical/scientific industries.

    • Proficiency in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex application issues.
      • ">
    • Strong knowledge of database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and programming languages (e.g., .NET, C#, JavaScript).

    • Experience with application monitoring tools and techniques.

    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

    Salary and Benefits
