    $100,000 to $150,000


    Responsibilities:
    Assess credit risk management program and make improvements as needed;
    Assess Loan Committee and its Charter for appropriateness of structure;
    Maintain loan policies and procedures;
    Monitor loan portfolio, including problem loans, special assets management, and allowance/provision for credit losses;
    Evaluate underwriting and credit analysis processes to ensure they appropriately identify potential risks.
