    • Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct basic patient care, timely notification to appropriate staff on completion of patient care and for patient status changes on the assigned shift.
  • Responsible for adhering to all standards of patient care and promoting a team effort among co-workers.
  • Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

    • Job Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent or minimum score of Bronze on the Career Readiness Certification ("CRC") certificate. If interested in obtaining CRC register as a Job Seeker at .
  • Experience: No experience required.
  • Certifications: Current Arkansas nursing assistant certification. BLS required, Safety Care Certification recommended.
  • Other: Ability to read, write and communicate effectively. Basic computer knowledge required.
