A Implementation Supervisor is needed for a multinational package delivery and supply chain management company in the Louisville, KY area.

This job oversees and drives mid to large-scale projects for Helix Migration, managing implementation models, cross-functional teams, and analysis while ensuring successful customer solution migrations and adherence to project management practices.

responsibilities:
Supports mid to large-scale projects for Helix Migration involving single/multi-site implementations with multiple products and services.

Analyzes customer solutions/migrations and actively participates in successful solution migrations meeting both customer and company needs.

Develops implementation models for each project (e.g., deployment and plan definition, scheduling of phases, communication, user acceptance training, project management, reporting, etc.).

Manages cross-functional implementation teams and conducts ongoing analysis of implementation projects, plans, outcomes, lessons learned, post-implementation audits, client communications, and weekly reporting.

Requires domestic travel for account migrations; international travel assessed on an individual basis.

Other Duties:
Conduct meetings to review project status and follow up on action items.

Collaborate with Program Manager.

Participate in daily status meetings using Zoom.

Utilize project management tools to track project success.

Minimum Requirements:
Proficiency in project management practices.

Experience in managing multiple projects/workstreams concurrently.
