- Outstanding ability to communicate, motivate and partner with business operation leaders
- Critical thinking to identify and resolve issues is a must.
- Lead the finance aspect of labor productivity, material efficiency, capacity optimizationbased on the standard cost goal.
- Suppress off standard costs by identifying the root causes and work with operations toeliminate the extra costs.
- Lead plant actual closing, budgeting and forecasting cycles and provide related analysis for management review. Find and manage risks and opportunities to drive profitable salesgrowth and productivity.
- Manage the plant SGA and Cost of sales budgets and manage teams providing periodicreporting to department owners. Analyze and drive inventory to meet the budget.
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.
- 8-12 years of experience; prefer strong cost accounting, cost-benefit analysis, and end-to-end financial analysis.
- Advanced Skills in Google Suite and SAP
- Strong knowledge of internal controls and US GAAP accounting required.
