    Trilogy Health Services is currently seeking a Sales Associate to become a part of our dynamic sales and marketing team. As a Sales Associate, you will collaborate with our sales and marketing leaders to advocate for our exceptional Senior Living Communities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Cultivating your sales career
    • Creating a positive initial impression to welcome new and potential customers to explore our services
    • Generating admissions through referral partnerships
    • Promptly responding to all referrals and inquiries with appropriate follow-up
    • Collaborating with Sales/Marketing and the Executive Director to secure sales and meet objectives
    • Ensuring the availability of marketing materials at all times

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of one year experience in a marketing/sales or customer service setting. Previous exposure to healthcare, senior living industry, concierge, or hospitality environments is advantageous.
    • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and SaaS CRM platforms
    • High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree in marketing, business, healthcare management, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred
    • Valid driver's license in the state of residence
