    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Dragonboat.io, a B2B SaaS platform. This role will be responsible for managing, nurturing, and converting inbound leads into sales opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate outbound lead opportunities
    • Educate prospects on Dragonboat's value proposition in a clear and cohesive manner, adhering to and proactively researching best practices for outreach
    • Understand how Dragonboat can meet customer needs in various business verticals and for different customer personas
    • Overcome objections from prospective customers, including non-responsive contacts
    • Build relationships with prospective buyers and contacts within their organizations

    Qualifications:

    • At least 2 years of experience in B2B prospecting
    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • Ambitious and growth-minded individual
    • Goal-oriented and driven
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
