Pay Rate: $20.35 per hour

Full-time / Overnight Position

Allied Universal Services is looking for an Armed Security Shift Supervisor. The role involves supervising and coordinating services on a specific shift at a designated customer location, acting as a liaison between site supervisors, Account Managers/Field Operations Managers, and security officers. The supervisor is responsible for coaching, recognizing, and disciplining staff within the approved empowerment range.

Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CA state arms permit
• Clean driving record for over a year and valid Driver's license
• Effective communication skills for interacting with personnel and the general public
Licensing requirements may apply as per state and/or local laws and regulations prior to employment
• Background check and drug screening are necessary for employment
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Intermediate computer skills for client-specific technology
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in managing uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles used at the account
• Physical ability to work in different environments and lift up to 40 pounds
