    Description

    We are looking for a QC Chemist to join our team

    Responsibilities:

    · Perform routine analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished products including daily checks by performing the following tests: titrations, FTIR, GC, HPLC, Color, viscometer, etc.

    · Perform calculations for batch adjustments

    · Perform tests in a lab environment using instrumentation and physical test methods.

    · Follow setup procedures for laboratory equipment

    · Follow work instructions for operation of laboratory equipment

    · Understand and consistently apply all customer and company quality standards

    · Follow all safety rules and regulations, including the use of appropriate PPE at all times

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    BS in Chemistry or other Sciences.

    AS in Chemistry is acceptable.

    Chemical manufacturing experience is preferred.

    Must have familiarity with basic laboratory equipment preferably (GC/LC/FTIR) and techniques (titration, liquid-liquid partition)

    Experience Level:

    Intermediate Level
