8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Weekend requirement Occasional On Call No Certifications And Licensures Preferred ACM Case Management or CCM Case Manager Education Required Masters in Social Work Sociology or Related Field Strongly Preferred Masters Degree in Social Work Experience Required months Internship or year Social Work in an acute care or hospital setting Benefits Benefits Health Dental Vision Paid time off Tuition reimbursement
