    The Role

    As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you'll work with our sales and sales operations teams on reporting, forecasting, and providing general data-focused support for all stages and facets of the sales cycle. You will also help evolve and reinforce existing sales processes and implement new ones. You will provide key strategic support to sales leadership, performing all aspects of sales operations including providing actionable insights to drive growth, evaluate and report key operational metrics including forecasting, analytics, productivity, and operational efficiencies. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent follow through and the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines.

    This role is a great fit for a self-starter who enjoys driving business impact and operational efficiency, can serve as an internal subject matter expert (e.g., problem solver) and owner, and will have the opportunity for significant exposure and visibility across the business. Preferably, the ideal candidate will also have experience in working closely with cross-functional teams such as finance and IT, as well as Sales and Sales leadership.

    Your day-to-day

  • Assist in development and maintenance of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics, forecasts, and business reviews.
  • Deliver performance metrics highlighting region, territory, segment, and rep level performance.
  • Provide comprehensive sales operational support, including but not limited to territory management, rules of engagement decisions, headcount and capacity management, top of funnel/pipeline analysis and forecasting.
  • Support GTM annual planning process including project management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with sales and marketing operations leadership to solve sales process pain points and implement solutions that reduce friction, increase predictability, and improve data quality.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new processes/policies.
  • Build and maintain key documentation related to our policies, sales processes, and requirements.
  • Drive data cleansing efforts to improve reporting accuracy and database integrity.
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company including Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT teams.
  • Ad-hoc analysis as required.
  • What you bring to the team

  • BS/BA (or equivalent experience) required .
  • 5+ years in Sales, Finance or sales/business operations preferred, SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Experience in Salesforce, Power BI required; Alteryx is a strong plus.
  • Must have hands-on experience in data analytics and reporting, and strong Excel skills.
  • Some level of Project Management experience desired.
  • Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to create and manage initiatives across numerous cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting a global multi-cultural team.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-starter, can quickly identify and resolve inefficiencies across the business.
  • High-energy, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and accountability are critical for success in this role.

    Base Pay Range: 57, ,030.00 USD

    All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

    Base Pay Range: 53, ,880.00 USD
