Must Haves:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
5+ yrs. of experience in quality engineering or relevant engineering field
3 yrs. exp with quality management systems and auditing
Experience leading risk mitigation analysis through Design Failure Mode Affect Analysis
Experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers preferably in Quality Engineering leading full process identification and implementation of quality improvement

Day to day:
Insight Global is looking for a Quality & Sustaining Engineering Manager to support a large client.

The Quality & Sustaining Engineering Manager will oversee a cross-functional team and help define quality, inspection as well as test requirements for new and existing products.

This manager with also meet with key stakeholders to ensure the team is organized and working in a timely manner on the implementation of quality improvement projects.

They will have quality and sustaining engineers on their team and report directly to the director of Engineering Services & Quality.
