    Description
    The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving financial growth and profitability for our E-Commerce initiatives. The Team Member will oversee our day to day E-commerce operations and set a strategic direction to drive results. Knowledge of the automotive parts and accessories industries is a plus, but is not required.

    OperationalOperational Excellence:
    Demonstrated ability to successfully run, manage, and grow a complex E-commerce operation

    Multi Channel:
    Experience selling across multiple E-commerce channels, knowledge of emerging channels, pros/cons of each

    Digital Marketing:
    Ability to acquire and convert shoppers through modern digital marketing methods including organic and paid, content, UX, etc

    Analytics:

    Leverage analytics across platforms to collect data, track, analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize financial results / ROISupply chain: Solid knowledge of end-to-end supply chain from vendor to end-customer; Savvy with systems and business processesShipping: Strong knowledge of E-commerce shipping and fulfillment.

    Experienced with online shipping issues.


    Technology:
    Knowledge of E-commerce software, platforms, tools, and vendors. Experience with software development projects. (Programming skills not required.)

    Merchandise:
    customer behavior, use cases, brands, manufacturers, distributors, product data and how it's used in E-commerce. Keen sense for product selection, sourcing, price points, demand, and competitiveness.
    Proven leader with excellent communication skills.
    StrategicIdentify, prioritize, and implement impactful improvements to existing systems and processes.
    Must be forward thinking, anticipating major external shifts. Proactively takes steps to navigate change, minimize impact, maximize opportunities.
    Will work with the Executive Team on planning and merchandising to identify business driversCreative problem solver. Finds unconventional solutions to major challenges.
    Can formulate a vision, break it into actionable steps, and sell it.
