    Job Summary:

    The Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for the financial review and planning functions related to all Lighthouse Autism Center functional areas and/or business units. Primary role is to provide timely financial information and support for the executive team to make fact-based decisions. Perform insightful analysis to identify financial improvements or leverage spend for the functions to achieve strategic goals of Lighthouse Autism Center. This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

    Objective #1: Provide strategic leadership
    • Quickly become a trusted strategic advisor and collaborative partner to executive management, PE Sponsor, and operational teams.
    • Create a forward-looking view of the business that contextually translates performance and analysis into action and value creation.
    Objective #2: Drive profitable growth
    • Partner with management team and PE Sponsor to evaluate and implement key business initiatives, organic growth plans, and M&A activity to drive accelerated revenue growth and significant EBITDA expansion through leading an effective planning and forecasting process and providing analytical insights.
    Objective #3: Support high-performing organization
    • Establish core financial and operational analytics that can be leveraged to support and improve operations of the overall business.
    • Lead the performance management process through identification and tracking of key performance metrics, leadership of an efficient operating review process, and succinct and insightful reporting to executive management and PE Sponsor.
    • Develop meaningful analyses, performance measures, and incentives related to cash flow, clients, staffing levels, and other measures that drive profitability and value.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Support the monthly financial and review process
    • Drive organization efficiency with the strategic planning of the budget/projection process
    • Provide business partner leadership for daily activities and special projects
    • Maintain the systems that enable the financial review/budget/projection process
    • Assist in the management of capital projects and requests
    • Lead financial analysis for new centers, facility expansions and acquisitions
    • Analytical support for executive level presentations
    • Other ad hoc reports and assignments
    Expected Areas of Competence:
    • Demonstrates strong communication (oral and written) skills
    • Ability to be key business partner with managers
    • Demonstrates strong quantitative and technical analytical skills
    • Understands accounting concepts and processes as well as financial modeling concepts
    • Ability to work in a team-driven environment

    • Highly motivated, self-starter willing to deliver results and meet strict deadlines
    • Demonstrated characteristics of high potential for future development opportunities
    • Advanced level of MS Excel and Access required.
    • Knowledge of information systems and their application to Finance
    Education/Experience Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting
    • MBA preferred; CPA/CMA a plus
    • Experience working with a large amount of data in formulas, pivot charts, and dashboards
