    Memory Care Center at Emerald -

    WEEKEND RN SUPERVISOR: 8 CONSECUTIVE HOURS

    We're looking for caring, warm-hearted nurses who are seeking an opportunity to do meaningful work, an opportunity to put a personal touch on improving the lives of others.     Responsibilities

    • Supervise, coach and develop the nursing staff to improve their performance
    • Communicate effectively with physicians, families and our pharmacy
    • Meets nursing operational standards by contributing information to reviews, implementing production and customer-service standards, and resolving problems
    • Completes resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing and staff; following up on work results.
    • Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families/friends
    • Resolves resident needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
    • Maintains safe and clean working environment
    • Maintains nursing supplies inventory
    • Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information & responding to requests
