    **Customer Service Representative**

    Florida, NY, USA Req #262 Friday, September 3, 2021 Superior Plus Energy Services is currently seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused, Customer Service Representative whose role is to answer incoming calls from customers, contact existing and future customers, educate and provide customers with information on our products and services, and professionally and efficiently work with customers to resolve issues in a positive manner.

    **Primary Responsibilities:**

    Professionally handle incoming requests and calls from customers while ensuring that issues are resolved accurately and promptly.

    Assist and support walk in customers at location.

    Contact customers to answer inquiries, resolve concerns and create new business.

    Process orders and complete forms/applications as required to fulfill customer requests
