The Vice President is responsible for operational efficiency across the company to ensure that budget targets are met and that operations are being executed in an efficient and profitable manner.Responsibilities
- Provide operational oversight, including financial planning, personnel, company asset management/utilization, and collaboration with executive leadership to ensure overall profitability of the company.
- Lead the assessment plan development execution of full-scale operations customer support strategy formulate implement strategic plan.
- Mentor develop key senior management members instill best practices from operational sales perspective assess current SOPs manage exception identify opportunities improvement work closely executive leadership team address potential strategic tactical operating issues Manage report key operational processes financial budget performance indicators Develop annual business plan inclusion companys overall business plan provide long-term growth expansion forecasting Grow top-line revenue implementing maintaining growing customer relationships In partnership Sales team.
