- Must have previous experience in luxury segment of Hospitality Industry
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks involving deliveries and coordinate luggage handling
- Ability to remember Guests' names and faces
- Must possess strong desire to serve others
- Must possess physical stamina to handle lifting, walking and standing
- Greet Guests by name
- Handle luggage and confirm number of luggage items
- Provide information to Guests regarding Hotel services and amenities
- Explain emergency exits and key system
- Offer any assistance requested by Guests
- Maintain detailed log of daily tasks including date and time
- Deliver packages and faxes in a timely manner
- Assist Front Desk in Guest service insuring proper check-in and check-out
- Assume overnight responsibilities
- Perform all reasonable tasks as assigned by Supervisor
