    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Blockchain/Crypto Specialist to play a key role in implementing and managing blockchain and cryptocurrency solutions for our government clients.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, along with hands-on experience in developing and deploying blockchain-based applications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of government clients.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for blockchain integration and develop use cases for government applications.
    • Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and trends to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance on blockchain architecture, design, and implementation.
    • Conduct blockchain training and workshops for internal teams and government stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure that blockchain solutions meet government security standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in the development of proofofconcepts and prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and potential benefits of blockchain technology in various government use cases.
    • Stay informed about developments in the cryptocurrency space and provide insights on how cryptocurrencies can be leveraged by government agencies.
    • Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposal writing, and technical presentations

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in blockchain development and implementation.
    • Proficiency in blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda.
    • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic principles.
    • Handson experience with blockchain development tools and frameworks, such as Solidity, Truffle, and
    • Experience with cryptocurrency protocols and standards (e.g., Bitcoin, ERC20, ERC721).
    • Familiarity with government regulations and compliance requirements related to blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Clearance Requirements:
    Active full scope poly clearance required.
