    CACI is seeking a highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our quality team in the Lexington Park, MD.

    The ideal candidate must have experience with AS9100 quality management systems. Maintain quality control work schedule, monitor workload to ensure inspections are performed in a timely manner.
    Define and tracks quality metrics, non-conformities and corrective action processes. Develops new approaches to solving problems identified during quality assurance activities.
    Communicate significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance inspections and provides recommended process improvements to management.
    Prepare reports to communicate results of quality assurance activities in compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements.

    Performs inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis on First Article Inspections (FAI), materials in process and finished products.

    Write and review technical and performance plans, and inspection procedures. Review receiving inspections of material, supplies and equipment generated by OEMs, vendors or customers. Facilitate process improvement procedures.
    Maintain all Quality Control calibrated equipment and tools. Manage metrics program, assists team leads with metrics collection and conducts data analysis to identify issues and assess trends.
    Conducts receipt inspections, final inspections to ensure product conforms to requirements. Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and on time delivery schedule.
    Communicate daily with task leads, projects managers and project engineers on and off site. Send out document reports to sponsors, along with numerous other responsibilities.

    Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.

    Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.

    Must have the ability to interrupt mechanical fabricated part drawings and electrical manufactured equipment drawings.
    US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

    Two years of experience in mechanical fabrication inspection and in-process and final electronic assembly inspection IAW engineering drawings and quality specifications.

    Experience in documenting inspection results, identifying nonconforming material, initiating corrective actions, and establishing root cause analysis.
    Ability to use electrical and mechanical inspection equipment (caliper, multimeter, angle gauge, height gauge, micrometer)
    Knowledge of manufacturing quality assurance processes and procedures.
    Familiarity with quality standard AS9100D/9001:2015.
