    Summary:

    Directs the Organizational Development and learning activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the Memorial Healthcare System. Functions as the link between the organization's strategic goals and the employee/leader learning. Collaborating with executives to support and sustain organization culture change initiatives as well as developing/maintaining workforce development plans.

    Responsibilities:

    Designs, establishes and monitors benchmark and other key performance indicators for all organizational development programs.Works across various areas including: identifying critical workforce requirements (e.g., skills, competencies, and performance outcomes) necessary to achieve current and future organizational results, career frameworks, career development, performance management, engagement/employee research, workforce and succession planning, leadership assessment and development, organization design and culture change, organization transformation and change management,Manages departmental budgets and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.Oversees the succession planning activities of the organization.Responsible for the strategic direction of organizational learning and professional development programs that are clearly aligned to the organization's strategies.Leads multiple teams of subordinate directors and managers.Identifies, assesses and improves the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational development programs. Oversees planning and execution of all education pertaining to staff development, leadership development and organization-based training programs for clinical professionals.Establishes and implements strategies that have mid to long-term (3-5 years) impact on business results in alignment with organization objectives.Assesses, plans and oversees implementation of competency based learning programs that are in alignment and consistent with the strategic goals, and with the administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. Coordinates and manages needs assessments of internal key stakeholders.
