    Job Information


    This role will responsible for leadership of the cycle counting team, owning and managing plant inventory to ensure parts needed for production are available and reflect correctly in Apriso & Oracle manufacturing business systems.

    This position will be responsible for ensuring inventory variances are resolved with correct transactions and root cause/corrective actions are identified.

    The Litchfield, MN Manufacturing Operations has experienced explosive growth.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Lead and support cycle counters at the plant

    Support reconciliation of inventory and determination of root causes for variances and adjustments

    Lead Inventory Daily Directional Meetings

    Work with cross functional areas to address root cause of inventory variances

    Oversee the operations of tracking all inventories

    Responsible for assisting training of plant personnel including but not limited to; cycle counters, material handlers, kitters and other production personnel

    Co-lead annual Physical Inventory with support of Materials Manager

    Manages/Resolves Negative Inventory Report, Sync Report & Mismatch Variance Report

    Assign & Tracks Cycle Counts/Bin Audits/Cycle Sweeps

    Tracks and maintains Materials (Inventory) Daily Vitals

    Support DBPS Material Supply module

    Identifies and Assigns inventory projects

    Reporting:
    Monthly adjustments, Weekly & Daily Vitals

    Job Requirement


    Requirements :
    Experience Required: 2>5 years of business and/or supply chain experience

    Education Required:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience allowed.


    Travel Required:
    Experience in inventory management.

    Understanding of manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, distribution, finance.

    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint Outlook.

    Ability to critical think, complete analysis, present topics, verbalize findings and corrective actions, set and communicate expectations.

    Preferred experience in Apriso & Oracle business information systems
