To support our mission, we are seeking a talented Accounting Manager to join our finance team.We are seeking an Accounting Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our holding company.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and management skills. This individual will lead a team of skilled professionals and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the holding company and its subsidiaries.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements.
Supervise a team of accountants and finance professionals, providing leadership and guidance.
Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial planning and analysis.
Manage the annual budgeting process, including variance analysis and forecasting.
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and address any audit findings.
Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources.
Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Stay up-to-date with accounting trends and changes in financial regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of accounting and financial management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Detail-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is a plus.
Previous experience in a holding company or multi-subsidiary environment is advantageous.
