    AD Energy are partnered with our leading client in the RNG sector.

    They are looking to URGENTLY hire a Director of RNG Project Engineering to lead the engineering process from siting to construction completion.

    The Director is responsible for managing multiple project managers including:
    the coordination and oversight of engineering contractors and designers.

    This person will interface with municipal officials, dairymen, utilizing complex financial models necessary to analyze the feasibility of development projects, creating investor/lender presentation packages, permitting, and various pre-construction and construction project management duties.

    The Director will also be responsible for assisting in getting the required
    information for permits applications, validate, and select appropriate technologies to be used and solutions to implement.

    The position will work closely with the development team to ensure that development projects are completed on schedule, and within budget.

    Responsibilities

    Manage project engineering and related functions and activities
    Ensure project activities comply with company and contract requirements
    Coordinate with and manage subcontractors
    Provide in house technical support for development and construction effort including participation in permitting planning, construction planning; interpretation of design; selection of equipment; resolution and documentation of design conflicts, initiation and follow through
    Adopt, develop, implement and administer project procedures, budgets and other work controlling documents, including designs, submittals, and schedules, etc.
    Represent company, project and/or department during project management meetings
    Interface with all company departments as required to resolve problems and ensure quality of engineering
    Provide support of overall project schedule including coordination of phases
    Serve as a mentor to engineering team
    Other duties as required, including frequent travel
    Consistent and on-time attendance
    Other duties as assigned.

    Skills and Qualifications

    5+ years' experience in engineering management
    Strong experience in engineering and construction
    Experience in power generation, utility, biogas generation, and chemicals processing industries
    preferred
    Experience planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
    Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
    Self-motivated
    Adaptable
    Ability to work in a flexible and evolving environment
    MS Project Experience Preferred
