We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Supervisor to lead daily shipping operations and support overall warehouse performance. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep both people and processes running smoothly.
This position is for 2nd shift Mon-Fri 8a-5p.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a leader who leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to keep a team engaged and productive while maintaining high accuracy standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse shipping operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time order fulfillment
- Lead and participate in inventory management meetings and help maintain accurate inventory control
- Set, monitor, and achieve daily operational goals
- Supervise, support, and motivate a team of up to 25 warehouse employees
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
- Work closely with other departments and upper management to coordinate workflow and resolve issues
- Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed at all times
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and team performance
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and hold a team accountable
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Warehouse and shipping experience required
- Forklift experience is a plus
