THE CITY OF WACO SEEKS:

Seeking an
ITManager to oversee the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) division with a strong emphasis on governance, data quality, data Intergration, and promoting GIS services across the organization.

The manager will be responsible for overseeing GIS technologies such as ArcGIS, data analytics and visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau, and data transformation software like FME and SQL.

This role also includes overseeing/addressing strategies and initiatives for the City of Waco.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:
Associate's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Five years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

GIS experience Valid Texas Driver's License.


Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Microsoft, Tableau, AWS, GISP and other professional
ITcertifications
