    Responsibilities:

    Create and maintain an innovative and diverse cocktail menu that reflects current industry trends and customer preferences.
    Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold our brand standards.

    Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, to engage with our audience, promote events, and showcase our offerings.

    Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
    Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.


    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a focus on cocktail bars preferred.
    Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    Proficiency in social media platforms and a creative flair for content creation.
    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
