Job summary
Candidate must be between Princeton Pike and New Brunswick Contractor identifies and responds to procurement needs for assigned regions and or business units Manages and delivers complex procurement projects across a variety of geographies divisions and functions Projects will include the development of RFIs RFPs RFQs and the corresponding analyses to create a business case and recommendation for supplier selection Engages colleagues to ensure alignment with business overall Client company objectives Develops executes procurement strategies that maximize opportunities to leverage spend improve quality optimize cost reduce risk Contributes strategic direction category within company Communicates vision Procurement role within organization Establishes strong working relationships key suppliers colleagues stakeholders With supervision GP manager partner business units using Global Procurement methodology identify procurements opportunities responding evolving business requirements driving best total value company Conduct extensive market supply base research analysis support project category strategies Manages strategic contracted relationships Drives supplier performance continuous improvements programs Supplier Relationship Management experience Project management experience required Strong project analytical skills desired.
