    The Role:

    Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategy and product launches. This will include our core enterprise and platform products for Human Capital Management. In addition to these responsibilities, this person will sit at the intersection of Product & Commercial teams to enable DailyPay to achieve its quarterly and annual sales objectives.

  • Product CMO/CRO - Partner with product managers from the inception of an idea to create, own, and champion go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product features including insights & research to inform why we build something, and defining how we launch by setting objectives, audience definition, marketing and communication strategy, and measurement.
  • Planning & Execution – Drive quarterly planning and expected business impact with your product marketing activities and campaigns; Owning the end to end (from concept through to sunset) lifecycle
  • GTM Strategy & Launch – Launch new features, capabilities and big bet products in a growing portfolio with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, marketers and salespeople
  • Product Messaging & Positioning – Build product positioning, messaging and marketing strategies that win over prospects and customers, evangelize DailyPay and its industry-leading products to the world. Develop product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to be used across every customer touchpoint from the top of the funnel through to sales, success & support
  • Personas - Develop a deep understanding of prospective and existing partners and employees by employing traditional and innovative customer research methods
  • Enablement – Work with the Enablement teams to provide the field the information that helps salespeople sell more effectively, success managers grow portfolios more effective, and support support more effectively
  • Voice-of-the-Customer – Build a deep understanding of our customers and Dailypay's value proposition to the market and users; build scalable product feedback loops for your product and marketing teams and synthesize insights across feedback channels

    What You Bring to The Team:
  • 5+ years of Product Marketing or Management Consulting experience
  • 3+ years of Product Marketing experience bringing products to market
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, Payments
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and project management skills
  • Demonstrated writing, communication & critical thinking skills
  • Flexibility to learn on an accelerated curve and adapt quickly to changing needs
  • Fiercely collaborative, driven and ambitious
