JOB SUMMARY:
CRC seeks a qualified Senior Mentor (Mission Manager) for positions in San Antonio, TX

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide on-site mentoring support, develop working aids and course curriculum, maintain personnel records for technical compliance, and ensure training references maintain relevancy.
• Provide guidance to mission organizations regarding job qualification standards.
• Support real-world SIGINT mission operations and instruct platform-training courses in the area of mission management operations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A current & active Top Secret/SCI clearance and Polygragh required
• Five (5) years of operational experience within the last seven (7) years producing precision geolocation solutions using Aerial Precision Geolocation (APG) within the intelligence community.
• Experience and/or current certification as an on-shift Mission Manager.
• Must be able to support 365/24/7 operations
