    As our Head of Field Marketing, you will help us achieve that goal by owning demand generation and pipeline creation in North America with support from global performance marketing.

    You'll collaborate closely with the regional Sales and BDR teams to drive pipeline for target and white space accounts and cross- and up-sell programs for existing customers, to reach our annual regional revenue targets.

    The role will have a heavy focus on demand generation, account-based marketing, pipeline progression, and customer marketing.
    Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing programs in partnership with the Performance Marketing Team to achieve revenue and pipeline objectives
    Drive differentiated marketing strategies across the full customer life cycle including account acquisition, account expansion and adoption
    Provide strategic direction and drive strong alignment, integration, and collaboration in the joint business planning process across the region and with Corporate Marketing
    Leverage ABM tools and tactics to create and measure the success of account-based marketing programs, including engagement with target accounts and their impact on pipeline
    Coordinate with our Business Development Team to optimize lead volume and quality with the goal of generating high-value sales opportunities
    Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel, leveraging marketing automation tools and data-driven tactics
    Marketing Operations Excellence
    Effectively manage the marketing budget and make effective investment decisions based on corporate, marketing, and regional priorities
    Create and communicate goals, objectives, and KPI's for all marketing initiatives and ensure measurements are achieved
    Build productive and influential executive relationships with internal and external constituents
    Demonstrate exceptional people and resource management ensuring highest potential for achieving marketing KPIs and maintaining a high-performing team
    Strong collaborative approach working with key stakeholders from the region while aligning with cross-functional marketing team goals
    Ensure performance and role expectations are clearly defined, communicated, and executed
    Create an atmosphere where timely and quality information flows smoothly, deadlines are respected and met, and employees are engaged and energized
    Strong background leveraging digital and social strategies to drive account management, demand creation, and revenue impact
