    Description

    About the Job:

    Join our team! At HSS, we are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services. Currently, we are looking for a Respiratory Therapist to be part of our Respiratory team. Check out the details:

    • Set up patients on CPAP, BIPAP, and NHV therapy at their homes, including vent checks and oxygen titration.
    • Provide instruction and education on respiratory equipment usage and disease states.
    • Assist in setting up ventilators for patients and conducting service checks.
    • Schedule patient equipment set-ups, follow-ups, and mask refits.
    • Maintain detailed call logs and ensure patient compliance.
    • Enter patient data into compliance tracking systems.
    • Follow up on patient progress and strive to improve compliance rates.

    What We're Seeking:

    • Proficiency in Excel and other computer skills.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Motivated to grow and contribute as a long-term team member.

    Qualifications for Success:

    • Active Respiratory Therapist license in the state.
    • Prior experience in respiratory care is a plus.
    • Experience in DME is preferred.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license.

    Compensation:

    • Annual salary between $65,000 and $70,000, based on experience.
