    Hourly Rate:
    $30/hr

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor in our plastic welding shop.

    The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a passion for producing high-quality products.

    This role requires someone who is dedicated to fostering a positive work environment, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring the overall success of the shop.


    Responsibilities:
    Supervise and oversee daily operations of the plastic welding shop, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control.

    Provide guidance and support to shop employees, coaching them to achieve their full potential and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and meet customer demands. Lead by example, demonstrating self-accountability, ownership, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

    Actively participate in hands-on production tasks as needed, leading by example and showing a willingness to do whatever is necessary to get the job done.


    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic welding or related field. Strong leadership skills with a servant leadership approach, focused on coaching, mentoring, and cultivating team members' career growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Detail-oriented with a passion for generating near-perfect products and a commitment to quality. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently. Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges and tasks with a positive attitude. Knowledge of plastic welding techniques and equipment is a plus, but not required.


    Benefits:
