- Gathers requirements through interviews, surveys, observation, site visits and working with subject matter experts to determine process flows.
- Regularly meets on site with business stakeholders. Also communicates through video conferencing and occasionally works remotely as needed, with occasional travel to fulfill responsibilities.

- Serves as liaison between business units and the software development team.
- Provides staff and users with assistance solving computer related challenges.
- Participates in peer review of team members' work.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- Provides consultation on complex projects as a contributor/specialist.
- 4+ years of experience as business analyst or computer systems analyst, personally involved in information gathering, documentation, and data mapping.
- Critical thinking, deductive, and inductive reasoning skills.
Must reside in the Las Vegas, NV area or be willing to relocate to Las Vegas upon acceptance of the position.- Excellent business reading and writing skills in English.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with team members at all levels, both technical and non-technical, and embracing principles of respect and tolerance.
- Familiar with relational database and client-server concepts.
- Familiar with Windows and web form application design and development concepts.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle concepts.
- Ability to manage projects using methodologies compatible with the company culture.
- Highly developed sense of personal and professional ethics to protect confidential company and customer information.
